Team Formation Rules

Team Composition:

Size: 4–5 members.

Diversity Metric (7+ points required):

• 1 point: Member from the same academic year.
• 2 points: Member from a different academic year.
• 3 points: Member from another department (e.g., Graphic Design + Interior Design).
• 3 points: Member from another BAU branch (e.g., Tripoli).

Example Teams:

• Valid: 2 same-year students (1+1) + 1 different-year student (2) + 1 cross-department student (3) = 7 points.
• Invalid: 4 same-year, same-department students = 4 points (below threshold).
