Abstract

Harmful effects caused by climate change. The rise in sea levels threatens Venice, Naples, and the northern coast of Egypt. الملخص (Abstract in Arabic)

المقصود من هذا البحث معرفة أثار التغيير المناخي: معرفة اثار من مظاهر مناخية عنيفة، ارتفاع درجات الحرارة ،أمطار غزيرة ، فيضانات مناخية وانعكاساته على التراث الذي هو يرتبط بالتاريخ الملموس من اثار وأفكار ، واذا كان الحد من انبعاثات الغازات الدفيئة مقدمة لوقت انحدار التغيير المناخي وتوجهه نحو الكارثة البيئية ، فإن معظم الدول ساكنة هذا الكوكب تبذل طاقات مضاعفة للحد من هذا التلوث ونشر الطاقة المتجددة لتحل محل الطاقة المولدة بالطرق التقليدية . وإذا كان الاهتمام الزائد بمجال الحفاظ على البيئة قد ظهر جليا في العقد الأخير الإ أننا لن ننسى أن هذا الاهتمام بدأ منذ عقود بعيدة ، ويعود ذلك الى الخشية من ضياع التراث الذي يعتبره الكثيرون أنه هو الظروف والاشياء والثقافة الموروثة والأنشطة القديمة التي اعتمدتها وحسنتها الحضارة المعاصرة من معرفة وسلوك مستمد من تلك الحضارات فالتراث هو كل من نحن عليه ، وكلما نريد أن نصبح لذلك فإن ضرورة الحفاظ عليه تعنى بقاء المجتمع والرفاهية التي تتمتع بها باسم الحضارة ، وإن الخوف من فقدان المكان وما يرتبط به من مواقع فكرية أو رمزية أو دينية أو اثرية أو حتى من المقابر ومنطقة البحر المتوسط كبقية مناطق العالم مهددة بالأثار الضارة الناجمة عن التغيير المناخي. إن ارتفاع مستوي البحر يهدد البندقية ونابولي وشاطئ مصر الشمالي، وان ارتفاع الحرارة يهدد الأرز في جبل لبنان ، تلك الشجرة التي تفترض الحرارة المنخفضة لبقائها،و إن الاعمال البيئية التي تعود لعصر النيورتال في جبل طارق نجد أن هي الأخرى مهددة . ولابد من النظر الى تغيير المناخ في بنغلادش، إذ تورد بعض التقارير أن السلطة هناك تغاضت عن سقوط شجرة مقدسة عند الهندوس بعد ما جرفها تيار نتيجة فيضان مفاجئ. وان الخطوة الأخيرة التي اتخذتها المملكة العربية السعودية تنخفض انتاجها النفطي من 13مليون برميل يوميا الة 12 مليون برميل يوميا تبين ان حتمية التحول الاقتصادي والسياسي بعيدا عن الوقود الاحفوري زكما وضح مؤتمر المناخ في شرم الشيخ أسس تأسيس صندوق داعم لوقف التغيير المناخي فان مؤتمر المناخ في الامارات 2024 وبعد اجتماع دام أسبوعين اظهر دعما لهذا الصندوق ، وبين أن العمل المناخي الهادف سيبقى اكثر الحاحا من أي وقت.
