Abstract
Amid the great decline in the ceiling of freedom in the Arab countries where the media confronts a constantly deterioration situation, as stated in the 2018 report by “Reporters Without Borders”, satirical journalism seems to be a refuge for the writers to criticize their regimes indirectly and a means to avoid arrest and imprisonment. As the humor and irony in the golden age of the newspapers, were a space to express the forbidden and to state an opposition to the authority, the Internet has allowed the emergence of several media sites that provide “inaccurate and false news” on purpose to sarcastically construct the political and social reality in the Arab world. Most of these satirical Arabic media sites have stopped, while the few that remained on the Net, ended up spreading "rumors” to several media outlets, thus propagating these rumors on the social networks as “fact news”. This study aims to examine the current status of satirical Arabic media sites and their writing frameworks through the AlHudood.Net model, to identify the topics most addressed and the techniques adopted to deal with them. It is important to take into consideration the potential of these sites to mislead the uninformed reader at a time of the rapid spread of information and lack of scrutiny. The question remains: To what extent do these sites use satirical and comic writing in their pages to paint a picture of Arab reality with the aim of moving towards a better future or "Towards A Future" as the slogan AlHudood.Net says? Or is the sarcasm used just a means of entertainment?
الملخص: في خضمّ التراجع الكبير لمستوى الحرية في الدول العربية ومواجهة الاعلام فيها أوضاعا سيئة جدا كما أوضح ذلك تقرير منظمة "مراسلون بلا حدود" للعام 2018، تبدو الصحافة الساخرة ملاذا للكتّاب لنقد السلطة بشكل غير مباشر ومحاولة لتجنّب الاعتقال في سجونها. وكما كانت الفكاهة والسخرية في أوج زمن الصحافة الورقيّة، فسحة للتعبير عن الممنوع قوله وتسجيلا لموقف معارض للسلطة، أفسحت الانترنت مجالا لظهور عدد من المواقع الاعلاميّة التي تقدّم أخبارا غير دقيقة وكاذبة بهدف بناء الواقع السياسي والاجتماعي في العالم العربي بشكل ساخر، غير أن الكثير منها لم تكتب له الاستمرارية، ومن بقي منها أوقع في شباك "إشاعاته" وسائل اعلامية عدّة وأشعل شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي. يهدف هذا البحث الى دراسة واقع المواقع العربية الساخرة والناطقة باللغة العربية (توجد مواقع عربية ناطقة باللغة الانكليزية بشكل خاص) وأطر الكتابة فيها من خلال نموذج "شبكة الحدود" والوقوف على المجالات الأكثر معالجة فيها وكيفية معالجتها، ومدركين إمكانية هذه المواقع على تضليل القارئ غير الواعي وخلق إيمان خاطئ لديه في زمن سرعة انتشار المعلومات وعدم التدقيق فيها. ويبقى السؤال: الى أي مدى تستخدم هذه المواقع ابداع الكتابة الساخرة والفكاهية في صفحاتها لرسم صورة عن الواقع العربي بهدف السير به نحو مستقبل أفضل أو " نحو مستقبل ما" كما ينص على ذلك شعار "شبكة الحدود" أم أن السخرية فيها هي مجرد ملهاة لا أكثر؟
