المسؤولية الاجتماعية بين المفهومين التقليدي والحديث
Abstract
There is a wrong belief that the social responsibility is a modern concept that started in the twentieth century and the fact is that this concept started at the dawn of religions. Prophets preached for good moral, ethics value and deed. Today there is a dedicated date for the social responsibility, which is the 25th of September. Since we currently live in a rapidly changing world, the concept of social responsibility was not an exception and the change applied to it manifested in companies and corporates that started applying the new concept to reflect a beautiful image on its interaction with the environment. Social responsibility is no longer considered voluntary activity as more work is in progress to find a suitable environment to ensure international quality and productivity. Using the power and the knowledge provided by the current knowledge society, the new concept of social responsibility evolved with the evolution of the globalization and the rapid technological advancement. This encouraged corporates and enterprises not only to consider their own interests but also to take into consideration the interests of the consumer, the worker and the civil society as a whole. In the technological and knowledge sector, there is a great opportunity to work on the social responsibility. Teaching people about new technology and its usage is an important aspect to consider and the information technology is one of the most important domains that contributes to societal development. Adopting inter-schooling that combines teaching regular semesters through the internet, interactive tools and academic networks is an illustration of how technology can enrich the teaching experience with special attention to the challenges encountered at the social, intellectual and moral levels. These challenges can destroy national and ethical identity and are illustrated by the cultural, intellectual and ethical invasion of young people that in turn stresses the importance of the family and schooling in this rapidly changing world.
الملخص: المسؤولية الاجتماعية هي الالتزام تجاه المجتمع الذي نعمل فيه، وذلك عن طريق المساهمة بمجموعات كبيرة من الأنشطة الاجتماعية مثل محاربة الفقر وتحسين الخدمات ومكافحة التلوث، وخلق فرص عمل، وحل المشكلات الاجتماعية. فهي عملية شاملة ومتكاملة تسهم في تماسك بنيان المجتمع وتحقيق التوازن فيه يشعرهم بقيمتهم ومكانتهم الاجتماعية. فيحرص الجميع على بذل أقصى الجهد، وتقديم أفضل ما يملكون لتحقيق المصلحة العامة، فنمو الفرد ونضجه الاجتماعي يقاس بمستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه ذاته وتجاه الآخرين، فهي لا تقوم كطبيعة في الشخص، ولا تتحقق لمجرد الحث على وجودها لديه، إذ ثمة عناصر مشكلة لها، ومعينة على توافرها، فهي بحاجة إلى اهتمام الفرد بالمجتمع وبالمحيط الذي يعيش فيه... وهي لا تقع على عاتق الفرد لوحده، بل تساهم فيها عدة مؤسسات للتنشئة الاجتماعية بدءاً من أسرته إلى المدرسة، إلى وسائل الإعلام التي تساعده على تحمل تبعاتها وتجعله يقترب أكثر من تحقيق التكيف النفسي، وتحقيق التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي، وتخطي العقبات والصعاب التي تعترض الإنسان بصفة عامة. .
