Aims & Scope
Founded in 1998, the BAU Journal of Legal Studies is a specialized Journal issued by the Faculty of Law and Political Science and published by Beirut Arab University Press. Each issue explores significant legal matter and examines challenging questions in the law. The Journal aims to enable jurists to achieve success by providing the best learning and research solutions and allows practitioners, scholars, legal advisors, policy-makers and observers to have at their disposal the most comprehensive pool of knowledge on all fields of law.
The editorial board of the journal comprises notable professors from reputable universities. All published articles are peer reviewed by local, regional, and international well-recognized referees in their domains.
