The concept of sustainability is considered a trendy topic in both the academic and practical context. However, this topic holds a lot of a room to investigate, research and comprehend. Sustainability reflects the ways in which natural systems function, maintain their diversity, and produce everything necessary for the ecosystem to maintain its equilibrium both now and in the future. Sustainable development generally includes three primary components: economic development, social development and environmental protection.

Since sustainability has taken on a more relevant role in descriptive and applied studies on the various facets of business and sciences, the availability and variety of tools for their exploitation and analysis have proliferated and many more are on the horizon.

The relevance of studying sustainability stems from the fact that it makes a significant contribution to an organization's potential to attract environmentally conscious customers while also assisting in the fulfilment of social responsibility requirements. In the business world, sustainability refers to an organization's whole approach, which includes everything from manufacturing to logistics to customer service.

Reduced corporate costs, an increasing variety of innovative business strategies, and an increased number of new consumers that value sustainability can all contribute to an increase in the amount of money that sustainable businesses generate. As a result, it will have a favourable contagious effect throughout the country.

Serving as an editor for this issue of the Journal 'Create Sustainable Development' is a huge honour for me. Glad to see a variety of articles on themes like corporate social responsibility, the influence of economic expansion and inflation on the unemployment rate, especially among the young, organizational performance, and financial performance. I would like to express my gratitude to the authors for their contributions to these articles and for their endless quest for knowledge that brings us all one step closer to a more sustainable future.
